Oschadbank started with the TCPFoss file transfer agent and has used our FossMail corporate mail since 2000. The bank valued the e-mail gateway, including mail exchange with the National Bank of Ukraine, and the built-in scripting language for integration with other banking products and for automating the sending and receiving of messages.

The FossMail corporate mail, the predecessor of FossDocMail, has been in operation in the regional units of the tax service since 2005. It carries office correspondence and technical information between workstations and processes, and a built-in e-mail gateway exchanges letters with the outside world. The TCPFOSS protocol resumes file transfer after a lost connection and prioritizes messages.

To automate employee resource requests we built the “FossLook Request” solution on the FossLook platform. It was introduced at the NBU after trial operation and customization for the bank’s specific requirements. It offers dual document routing, request approval, signing with an electronic digital signature, flexible group policies, automatic archiving and print form templates.

McFit is one of the largest fitness center chains in Europe. We take part in an international project to automate the McFit payment terminal network.

The application for a network of medical call centers registers patient calls outside working hours and passes the information to medical facilities. It is built on the FossLook platform: the dispatcher enters preliminary data, the system finds a free operator, the operator completes the data and closes the call, and the information is sent by fax to the patient’s doctor. Reports on the work of dispatchers and operators are generated as well.

In the airport baggage service system a passenger leaves a deposit in cash or by card and returns the cart to any depot station. We developed the software for the servers and stations of the baggage depot and for their payment terminals: payment handling, cart issue and return, station diagnostics and reports.
